Remote Video Link is ASEM's innovative technology that allows the industrial monitor to be connected up to 100 meters away from the IPC via a single cable, through which DVI-D and USB 2.0 signals are sent using the HDBaseT standard.
The remoteness of the signals reaches 50 meters using Cat 5e SF/FTP cable up to 100 meters using Cat 6A S/FTP cable.
The use of a standard industrial Ethernet cable and the RJ45 connector allow easy cabling in situations of tight spaces and mobile systems (e.g. Arm Mounting systems).
ASEM can also provide external RVL transmitter and/or receiver to be able to remote video signals with third party IPCs or monitors. Both are powered at 24VDC.
Possible solutions
ASEM, thanks to RVL technology, can create connections at long distances between any industrial device and in any specific application.
Here are the various cases of use:

ASEM Industrial IPCs and Monitors
ASEM integrates RVL technology into its IPCs and industrial monitors, whereby the connection between proprietary systems does not require additional external systems.

ASEM Industrial Monitors
ASEM provides external RVL transmitters so that an IPC without a built-in RVL transmitter can be easily connected to a proprietary monitor.

ASEM IPCs
ASEM provides external RVL receivers so that an industrial monitor not equipped with RVL technology can be easily connected to a proprietary PC.

IPCs and industrial monitors not equipped with integrated RVL
ASEM provides external RVL receivers and transmitters to easily connect an industrial monitor to IPCs that do not have built-in RVL transmitters.
